Live Operations Producer
Keep the city running. Plan and ship Horizon RP's seasons, events, and live updates with the community team and engineers.

About the role
Horizon RP has been live for eight years and ships a major season every few months. You will own the live calendar, coordinate releases, and make sure the lights stay on for 5,000 monthly players.
What you'll do
- Own the live operations calendar for Horizon RP.
- Coordinate updates across engineering, art, community, and QA.
- Run release readiness, rollback planning, and post-mortems.
- Track player sentiment and operational metrics, and turn them into priorities.
- Work with the Community Director on event planning and seasonal beats.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of production or live operations experience on a live game.
- Strong project management and cross-discipline communication skills.
- Comfort with on-call or live incident processes.
- Deep respect for player trust and long-term communities.
Nice to have
- Experience with roleplay or user-generated-content communities.
- Data analysis or SQL skills.
- Experience on a small team with broad ownership.
