Horizon Studios, LLC (“Horizon,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit horizonrp.net, register for a playtest, join our community, or contact us, and how we use it.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, Discord handle, platform preferences, and any message or application you submit through our forms.
• Account and playtest data. If you are invited to a playtest, we may collect account identifiers, hardware details, session logs, and feedback you provide.
• Automatically collected data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use this to keep the site secure and understand aggregate usage.
• Community data. If you join our Discord, the platform processes data under its own privacy policy. We receive the information you choose to share with the server.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To administer alpha registrations, invitations, and playtests.
• To send development updates you have asked to receive.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your email address for third-party advertising.

We keep enquiry and registration data for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain records, then delete or anonymize it. Playtest logs are retained for a limited period for debugging and aggregated performance analysis.
