Tools Programmer
Build the editor and pipeline tools that turn a room full of artists and designers into a studio that ships. If it happens twice, make it a button.

About the role
You will work alongside our Senior Tools and Pipeline Engineer to support the VxEngine editor, asset pipeline, and live content tooling used by Horizon RP and Night Dragon.
What you'll do
- Design and build editor tools for levels, materials, dialogue, and live data.
- Improve import pipelines and asset validation for a multi-gigabyte content library.
- Work directly with artists, designers, and QA to remove friction from daily work.
- Document tools and run short internal training sessions.
- Maintain and extend the studio's automation and build systems.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional tools or pipeline programming experience.
- Strong C++ and/or C#, with experience in a modern game editor.
- Comfort with Python or another scripting language for automation.
- Empathy for non-engineers and a talent for asking the right question.
Nice to have
- Experience with Qt, ImGui, or a custom editor framework.
- Procedural content tooling experience.
- Experience supporting a live game.
